Boys Gymnastics Team

Team GGG gymnasts experience the fun, excitement and challenges of team gymnastics in a healthy environment. It is designed for dedicated gymnasts who have an interest in making the most out of their participation in gymnastics.

We have a well-rounded team program which brings the gymnastics meet experience to all athletes from beginner to advanced. The GGG Team program is open to all gymnasts. Boys may enter team upon completion the Silver level class. It’s serious gymnastics and serious fun!

Team members will workout from 2 to 25 hours per week, depending on level and interest.

Boys Team Level 3 (TGGA)

All Level 4 team gymnasts are required to attend two 2-hour workouts per week. The rest if the info is correct. Workouts include a tumbling rotation, but adding an additional power tumbling class is strongly recommended. Team members may add power tumbling classes at a discounted rate.

*Prerequisites: Gymnast must successfully complete an evaluation.

Boys Team Level 4 (USAG)

All level 4 team gymnasts are required to attend three 3-hour workouts per week. Workouts include a tumbling rotation, but adding an additional power tumbling class is strongly recommended. Team members may add power tumbling classes at a discounted rate.

*Prerequisites: Gymnast must successfully complete an evaluation.
